Cincinnati: Congress of American Professions, 1940. Broadside, 20½" x 9", text in double column providing basic information and considerations on the topic of the US sending aid to Britain during WW-II. Creasing at corners, short closed tears at folds, good and clean. The purpose of the Congress was "To aid in crystallizing an effective public opinion on vital public questions ... The final control is public opinion in a democracy. To be trustworthy it must be intelligent. To be intelligent it must have the facts."
