Drawing. 5 x 8 . No date [circa 1930s]. No place. A pen and ink drawing of a male electrical plug attempting to connect with a female electrical plug. There is a working bulb above them. There is a poem entitled When The Lights Go On Again! and it states The pleasure of fusion / is but a delusion / born of seclusion / built on illusion / causing confusion / but welcome intrusion!. It is written on a piece of looseleaf paper, and one can imagine a high school or college student drawing this in physics class. There are three filing holes and one is torn. (Inventory #: 6289)
