Salter's second novel which like his first book, "The Hunters" focuses on pilots in the armed forces. An about very good copy in paper covered boards with a cloth spine with some bumping to the bottom rear corner, some other light edge wear and a previous owner's name has been blacked out on the front pastedown and in a very good dust jacket that has some edge tears and other light wear. Despite the flaws a solid copy of an increasingly uncommon book in any condition.
