A notable document distributed by the Michigan State Association of Colored Women's Clubs, detailing the numerous amendments and deletions to their governing documents. The association publishes amendments to three articles of their constitution, ten sections of their by-laws, and adds language regarding their biennial meetings, special projects, and the "Rules and Regulations regulating the STUDENT LOAN or EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT."
