Signed by Fisher and Makov in pencil at the foot. This broadside was limited to 140 numbered copies, this is copy 18. " By now I have lived with many cats and I know firmly that I distinctively dislike anyone who announces that he or she is a cat person. Many otherwise sane and sensible people do this and I always feel quite violentloy angry and disappointed. How dare they? How presumptous they are. What do they mean? Unfortunately most of these idiotic people are very dear to me."

Green Cat Press began in 1985 as a collaboration in the production of limited edition letterpress broadsides and books, screenprints and woodcut prints from original writing and/or drawings by artists and authors. Began by artist/ printer Susan Makov and artist Patrick Eddington, the press is now under the ownership of Susan Makov. The press has attracted well-known published authors and artists such as Margaret Atwood, Ray Bradbury, William T.
