Browne: Sir Having consulted with Mr. Abbot respecting the suit commenced by Mr. Lakeman against Mr. Gray, we think it for the interests of Mr. Gray to refer all demands between them to arbitrators, if suitable men can be agreed upon. If not, it will be expedient to commence in the Circuit Court of the United States a class action on Mr. Grays demands against Mr. Lakeman, hat both actions may proceed with equal pace & be determined at the same time The (truncated)
