Paris, 1934. NA. Very Good. A menu, highly decorative, for the banquet celebrating Fox Film Corporation's 15th year with a French outpost. This outpost was more than just a foreign distribution office for American-made films, for it produced and shepherded French films as well, including that year, a "Liliom" directed by Fritz Lang and starring a young Charles Boyer, before the advent of the Hollywood careers of either. Flanking and below the menu itself is a most charming semi-colored illustration -- the colors used are red, blue and silver -- of a lively carnaval in which Fox's French films are plugged.
