Light wear at bottom of the boards, else near fine in attractive very good dust jacket with slight fraying along the bottom of the rear flap fold. One of 300 copies, this copy is unnumbered and unsigned. Poetry written in Carmel between 1947 - 1953. Hagemeyer was an Australian-born painter and poet, and one of the first of the early Bohemian artists to make Carmel her base of operations. In 2022 the Carl Cherry Center for the Arts in Carmel mounted an exhibition *The Art of Jeanne D'Orge and Poetry of Dora Hagemeyer* (https://carlcherrycenter.org/imagining-carmel-the-art-of-jeanne-dorge-and-poetry-of-dora-hagemeyer/).
