Henry Richard Vassall-Fox Holland (1773-1840) was a prominent Whig politician and his dozen or so published works, were largely political, historical and social. A Dream, consists of "a dialogue between George III, Sir Thomas More, Bacon, Locke, Berkeley, and other eminent personages on education and the encouragement of letters by the state" (timuk.pub.net).
