The map was issued by Tanner and is copyrighted by Carey and Hart. Centered on Toronto the map shows "Canada West" which was previously known as "Upper Canada" in great detail. An inset of the northwest portion of the province is included in the lower right quadrant and is centered on Lake Superior.
