Acts and Laws consists of two parts. First part: pages 439-441 (note: printers error -page 441 is numbered 141). Second part: pages 443 - 482. The subtitle for the second part has manuscript corrections made to the title. Tursday was corrected to Thursday and the date was corrected to the twenty-second day. Acts include (truncated) "Establishing a Corporation by the name of The Sixth Massachusetts Turnpike Corporation"; establishment of the "Lincoln Academy"; infrastructure acts; court acts; suppression of unauthorized lotteries; incorporating "The Salem East India Marine Society"; an act to "ascertain the quality of Butter", and more.
