Illustrated with color and b & w reproductions, photos and facsimiles. Brown cloth without titles, cumin endpapers, wrap-around titles printed in white on clear mylar jacket. Cover edges minimally rubbed and soiled, jacket lightly scuffed and crimped. Husain was one of the founders of the Bombay Progressive Artists' Group in 1947 and gained international fame with a Cubist-inspired narrative style. This is his story told in his hand with words, drawings and paintings. Produced on the occasion of twenty years of association (truncated)
