Front page illustrated with a Seuss drawing of an elephant and donkey peering over the shoulders of a confused voter. Near fine. The contents consist of Maryland and Electoral College statistics for previous elections. Seuss was a supporter of FDR, but this seems not to have a direct partisan bent. An early Suess contribution.
