Large format 13.5" x 10.5". Original cardstock covers, three hole bound with light green silk ribbon, somewhat detached. 17 large black and white halftone chemigraph plates. The plates are action shots of men and women in various manners of traditional Japanese dress from periods 620-1550. The high quality halftone images are printed on thick satin paper. Several images show traditional samurais holding a katana sword, other images include a Bugaku performer, (truncated)
