Poster
1944 · [Chicago]
[Chicago]: [National Physicians' Committee], 1944. Poster. 17x22 inch poster, neatly fold-creased, otherwise very good. Part of a fear-mongering campaign against the Wagner-Murray-Dingell bill for government support of medical care; warns that it wold change doctors to mere public employees who would work only eight hours a day, working to please their political masters rather than patients. Argues that this would be a decisive step towards federal control of all professions and industry in the US. (Inventory #: 289520)
