Double-sided poster/catalog from the first major exhibition of abstract art in Italy, held in Rome at the Galleria Roma from March through April 1948, containing a sort of manifesto about abstract art, a statement on the exhibition from Ettore Sottsass Jr., additional texts from Piet Mondrian, George Morris, G. Formaggio, Le Corbusier, Max Bill, Gillo Dorfles, Josef Albers, Fernand Leger, and Wassily Kandinsky, with reproductions of works by a number of participating artists. 60 x 46.6 cm.
