Short land-promotional work for Northern Utah's Bear River Valley touting the area's agricultural possibilities and the ease at which one could take the railroad to the area, and coincidentally, there is an advertisement for the D.L. & W. and Michigan Central Railroads on the rear panel. Includes a brief section sandbagging Reed Smoot and the author's opposition to the seating of Smoot in the U.S. Senate. The reward ($13,000) was offered to demonstrate the question of Mormon domination of politics. The majority of Peet's writings were anti-Mormon (truncated)
