Light marginal creasing, near fine. Wrongly imprisoned for murdering his wife, Vincent Parry (Humphrey Bogart) escapes prison to seek revenge. He goes through plastic surgery to change his appearance and in a unique cinematic invention the entire first part of the film is viewed through his eyes.
