The text is comprised of letters written by real residents in this "Wonderland of the Northwest," noting bountiful crop yields and cheap land. The rear cover is a map of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway showing routes from Chicago out to Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. Relatively scarce.
