§ Five pieces of Grabhorn Press ephemera, all scarce:

1) Announcement (Errata): “The well-known modesty of the Grabhorn Press prevented them from including their printer’s mark on this announcement which they did for the Roxburghe Club’s March 1950 meeting. Carrol T. Harris Master of the Press.” (Single sheet, 4 1/2 x 5 3/4”, printed on one side, lower edge deckled, paper clip stain on upper right corner; good.)

2) Bi-fold keepsake: "A Wartime Letter from Jane Grabhorn to S/Sgt. Albert (truncated) Sperisen telling of the removal of the Grabhorn Press to 1335 Sutter Street, San Francisco, California.” 150 copies printed at the Arion Press. (Folio, 4pp. 9 1/2 x 13”, printed in red and black with cover illustration and headpiece; fine.)

3) Bi-fold keepsake: “Glory & Thanks Be to God A Page from a 14th Century Manuscript presented by Edward Repan-Petko of Los Angeles upon the occasion of The Ninety-Eighth Birthday of his father Adam Repan-Petko / Laus Deo!” (Folio, bi-fold, 11 x 16”, printed versos only, title page plus color facsimile of a 14th century manuscript; fine.)

4) Pamphlet: “Of Books and the Theatre by Dr. Norman Philbrick An Introduction to his Library and this Exhibition together with an Essay by Dr. John Loftis Garrick & the Rise of Theatrical Scholarship Published upon the Occasion of an Exhibition Garrick’s London as drawn from The Philbrick Library of English & American Drama & Theatre.” 1000 copies printed by Grabhorn-Hoyem in San Francisco...
