Trade edition, following a limited edition of 90 numbered copies; small 8vo, pp. [9], 10-315, [3]; original pictorial wrappers bound in half Vietnamese calf, gilt-lettered spine; the front wrapper has a 2 x 3 cm. adhesion mark, and an old ownership signature at the top; pages toned, but on the whole a very good, sound copy.
