Issued in 1966, as Reagan was launching his real political career by running (successfully) for California Governor, one can only assume (from the emphasis on RUN in the title graphic) that this little publication was intended to mock the mere idea of a second-rate, nearly has-been movie actor aspiring to a serious political office, and thereby, perhaps, help to torpedo Ronnie's political ambitions.
