Revised and enlarged edition (first published London, 1913) limited to 750 copies, large 8vo, pp. xvi, [2], 272; photographic frontispiece and 28 plates and facsimiles (some printed on colored paper); very good in original maroon morocco-grained cloth with light wear to spine ends, t.e.g., dust jacket with faded spine panel chipped at ends and a 1" tear at bottom edge, and with publisher's slipcase rather worn and cracked along joints.
