Postcard, stamped and dated (March, 1911); 3 1/4 x 5 1/2; card stock, printed in black; manuscript address to recto; small spot to upper margin; very good condition. Addressed to the Chief of Police of San Francisco, the card offered a $700 reward for the arrest and detention of three Bulgarians - Nick Giargoff, Mike Stavroff, and George Giargoff - for the murder of one Valan Smillof in Galena, Illinois between November 3rd and 4th, 1910. It listed their names and physical characteristics, as well (truncated)
