Llight wear to covers, some fading to the endpapers and light foxing to first and last two leaves, a very good or better copy. The 1947 University of Alabama Yearbook depicts Harper Lee (here known as Nelle Lee or Nelle Harper Lee) at least five times including head shots (as one of only three women) in the law school and in the Chi Omega sorority, as editor of the *Rammer Jammer* and as a “campus personality”. Perhaps not surprisingly for the era, the yearbook's theme is largely about "chicks," "cheesecake," "charm," "co-eds," "couples," and similar observations and references to female pulchritude or marriageability.
