[ii] blank, xvii including a blank leaf after title, 208 pages of text, followed by four leaves of plates. Early leather binding; old but newer rebacking and corner strengthening, which is quite worn and rough, including a small chip to the top of the spine. Contemporary ownership "Hanna Knight" and "Moses Payne" on front endpaper, blankleaf after title page, and contemporary marginalia on last blankleaf. A 20th century bookplate is affixed to the front pastedown. Many page edges are stained and soiled, with a few being creased at the corners. An early copy of this publication, which does not appear on the market often. Title continues "...of the Date, the several Sums of Money, and the Addition of the several Trades or Employments, in their proper Cases, as they stand in the Obligations. Together with Directions of Writs of habeas Corpus, Writs of Error, $c. to the inferiour Courts in Cities and Towns.
